What to wear:
Comfortable work out clothes, yoga clothes, shirts, t-shirts and skirts. Most importantly clothes should be of stretchy materials to allow full movement, bare legs will facilitate skin grip, which is essential. Heeled shoes or boots, trainers or ballet slippers can be worn.
We mainly do the classes in bare feet
NO HAND, BODY LOTION, MOISTURISING CREAM OR OIL TO BE APPLIED BEFORE THE CLASS!
Bring a soft drink to the class - You'll need it!
