Pole Dancing Lessons -
Pole dancing is a sociable way to get in shape and look great. It requires not only physical skill and technical ability, but poise, grace and elegance. This is a fantastic way to increase your upper body strength, along with strengthening and toning your whole body. It is a great way to stay in shape, and to have fun while you're training!
All women of any shape and size are welcome!
Minimum age 16
We have instructors that are fully trained in sports and fitness, who have developed the course with you in mind to provide you with a great work out whilst having lots of fun!
Beginners Lessons
These lessons are tailored for absolute beginners - You will learn the basic moves and will start to tone your upper body over the 6 week course.
Intermediate Lessons
These lessons are tailored for those wanting to move on from the beginners to learn more complex moves. Your body tone and muscle will continue to improve. You must have been assessed and approved by our tutor to move up to intermediate lessons.
Intermediate/Advanced Lessons
These lessons are for Intermediate to Advanced level only. You must be able to comfortably perform an invert and must also be assessed by our instructor in order to join these classes.
